SUBJECT : BSE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ORDINARY MEETING

Further to our circular dated 3^rd January 2009 in connection with dates set up for BSE General Assembly Ordinary meeting, please be advised that due to the resignation of board member Mr. Younis Hamza who took a new employment abroad, and due to the withdrawal of Ms. Ghada Al-Marzoog to join as a reserve board member due to her prior engagement running her own office, BSE board has taken the following resolutions :

1. Election of five members in next General Assembly Meeting. However, the fifth elected member with lowest votes shall serve for a period of one year only.
2. The first General Assembly Meeting shall be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday 10^th March 2009, and if quorum is not attained, the meeting shall be postponed to 7:00pm on Tuesday 17^th March 2009 as already planned.
3. Extension of nomination period for another week, which shall be closed at 7:00pm on Tuesday 3^rd March 2009 instead of 24^th February 2009 . All BSE members are invited to attend. However, only members in categories “Member” and ”Fellow” who completed minimum of 6 months since they joined BSE are permitted to cast their votes.
