Dear Member,

This is to inform you that the first GENERAL ASSEMBLY meeting held on 4^th march 2008 was adjourned as the required quorum was not attained. It is, therefore, decided to hold the second General Assembly meeting at 7:00 PM on  Tuesday 18^th March 2008 in  the SocietyHeadquarters . I therefore take this  opportunity  to invite you to attend  this meeting.

If the quorum is not attained  at the second meeting, the third meeting will be held after half an hour on the same day when only 10% of the members are required to attain quorum. The proposed agenda is as follows : 

1) Approval of the agenda.
2) Discussion and approval of the term reports.
3) Discussion of BSE Final financial report.               
4) Appointment  of Auditors.
5) Formation of Election  Committee.
6) Electing president 4 members  to the Board.

Kindly note that only those who completed  six months since BSE membership is obtained, will be able to vote.                   
In order to facilitate election process ,  please present  your BSE  membership card or the CPR.

All    members  are  requested  to  attend   this important  meeting.
